New medical pricing requests

Employers can review their 2025 Employer Agreements in Benefits Connect and request Medical Plan pricing when offering medical coverage to an employee for the first time or adding a new benefit group.

Medical Plan pricing is customized for each employer based on their ZIP code and the demographics of the employees being covered.

Call the Board of Pensions at 800-PRESPLAN (800-773-7752) (TTY: 711) to request pricing if you would like to offer the Medical Plan for 2025 to employees who are not:

  • enrolled in Transitional Pastor’s Participation or the Congregational Pastors Package
  • already offered medical coverage in an existing benefits group

An Employer Services representative will walk you through this process.

Information required

When you call the Board to request medical pricing, the service representative will ask you a series of questions to complete the request. You will need to provide the following information for each employee:

  • Job title
  • Date of birth (month, day, and year)
  • PC(USA) ordination status
  • Current medical coverage and coverage level, if available
  • Work location ZIP code
  • Medical coverage effective date

Receiving pricing

Pricing requests typically take about three to five business days to process. Once the request is completed, you will receive a pricing proposal from the Board by email. Once you have reviewed the proposal, contact us if you would like to accept it.

Medical Plan eligibility

The Medical Plan offers employers the choice of three coverage options — PPO, EPO, and HDHP. You may choose to offer one, two, or all three options to employees who are regularly scheduled to work at least 20 hours a week.
