Introducing care navigation

We are excited to announce a new feature of the Medical Plan that provides enhanced value to employers and employees. Starting April 1, care navigation helps members of the Medical Plan and their covered family members receive the right care, at the right place, at the right time.

Support for every step

The Assistance Program is one way we express care for one another. It can help you — and all eligible members of the Benefits Plan of the PC(USA) — with financial assistance. This includes any member who serves the Church as well as members who work for an organization affiliated with the PC(USA), such as senior housing and care facilities, colleges and universities, and camps and conference centers. The following grants are available to your employees enrolled in the medical or pension plan.

Enrolling employees in the Retirement Savings Plan

You can offer the Retirement Savings Plan any time during the year. All employees can participate and employer administration is minimal. Here’s how to get started.

Do you need a Section 125 plan document?

If you want to legally deduct employee pretax contributions for healthcare and certain other types of benefits, you need what’s commonly called a Section 125 Plan, Cafeteria Plan, or Premium Only Plan document.

Our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

We are taking tangible, intentional steps to ensure a workplace culture that inspires a sense of belonging. And we are continuing to actively engage throughout the Church to ensure access to benefits plans and programs that provide wholeness.

Let's have a conversation.
