Teladoc
Teladoc offers members convenient 24-hour access to consultations with licensed physicians via phone, video, or mobile app.
All three medical options (PPO, EPO, and HDHP) include a telemedicine option through Teladoc. This feature gives members 24/7 access to U.S. board-certified doctors through the convenience of phone, video, or mobile app visits.
Teladoc doctors can diagnose and treat — as well as prescribe medication for — many acute medical conditions, including sinus problems; allergies, cold, and flu symptoms; and respiratory and ear infections.
Costs for members
Members enrolled in the PPO or EPO pay just a $10 copay for each Teladoc consult.
For members enrolled in the HDHP, the cost for a Teladoc consult is $57. Members pay this amount out of pocket until the deductible is met; then the member pays 20% and the plan pays 80%.

Costs for employers
There is no additional cost to employers for Teladoc. This benefit is automatically included when you offer the PPO, EPO, and/or the HDHP.
