Care navigation is a new feature of the Medical Plan provided by the Board of Pensions in partnership with Quantum Health, effective April 1, 2022. Look for materials from the Board of Pensions to help employees understand what care navigation is, why it’s important, and how to get the most from this valuable feature.
Just as the Board of Pensions is committed to helping members have successful health outcomes, we are committed to helping them understand and get the most value from their benefits. This is especially true when introducing a new feature such as care navigation. As April 1 approaches, employees enrolled in the PPO, EPO, and HDHP will receive multiple communications through different channels to help them understand how they can benefit from care navigation and how to access this important new feature of their medical benefits. Here's a preview of what to expect and when. Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Twitter, too, for all the latest news.
