Vision Eyewear Plan
The Vision Eyewear Plan helps with the cost of prescription eyewear by providing a benefit each year for either glasses or contact lenses. It also includes discounts on popular lens enhancements and extra glasses when you use network providers. The Board partners with VSP to administer this benefit.
How the Vision Eyewear Plan works
You don’t need an identification card to use vision eyewear benefits. Simply tell your VSP network provider you have VSP coverage.
How much you’ll pay for covered eyewear
In addition to the monthly cost of coverage, you share in the cost of covered eyewear.
How to enroll in the Vision Eyewear Plan
You and your eligible family members may enroll in the Vision Eyewear Plan when you first become eligible or during Annual Enrollment in the fall.
