Quantum Health's Care Coordinators are a dedicated team of nurses, benefits experts, and claims specialists who provide you with personalized support on your healthcare journey. No request is too big or small for your Care Coordinator. Ready to connect with Quantum Health? Here are three convenient ways. 

Call Quantum Health

Want to speak with someone? Call Quantum Health at 855-497-1237 (TTY 711), Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET whenever you have a question related to your medical or prescription drug benefits.* All calls are answered by a Quantum Health Care Coordinator instead of an automated voice response system. Bilingual support is available for Korean and Spanish speakers.

Care Coordinators are well-versed in your benefits and can assist with anything to help make the healthcare process easier, including

  • verifying coverage;
  • explaining the copays, deductibles, and/or coinsurance that may apply;
  • answering questions about a medical test or procedure;
  • precertifying care when required;
  • locating network providers, including Centers of Excellence;
  • answering claims or billing questions (e.g., you use a network provider but are billed at the out-of-network rate);
  • tracking refills through Express Scripts home delivery;
  • ordering replacement ID cards;
  • advocating for your care; and
  • connecting you with other benefits and resources available to you from the Board of Pensions.

*Members enrolled in Triple-S and GeoBlue should refer to their plan provisions for details about their benefits and contact those plans if they have questions. Retired members enrolled in the Humana Group Medicare Advantage PPO plan should contact Humana at the number on the back of their ID card.

Contact Quantum Health for assistance if you are billed at the out-of-network rate for services received at a network ancillary provider, such as a lab, when the doctor ordering the service is in a different state. For example, this may occur if you visit an urgent care facility while traveling in another state and are given a lab work order for follow-up bloodwork that you have done once you return home.

Click on the MyQHealth website

When you register for the MyQHealth website, you can access benefits and claims information, search for network providers near you, print and save a copy of your medical ID card, and live chat with a Quantum Health Care Coordinator. You can also schedule a phone call with a Care Coordinator at a time that's convenient for you. 

One-time registration for the MyQHealth website is required:  

  • Visit
  • Click Register.  
  • Provide the information requested. Anything with an asterisk (*) is required. (While not required, your mobile number can be used for account verification via SMS code. Otherwise, Quantum Health will use the email address you provide.)  
  • Click Next
  • A verification code will be sent to your mobile phone, if provided, or your email address.   
  • Enter the verification code. 

Tap on the MyQHealth mobile app

Use the MyQHealth mobile app for on-the-go support and guidance whenever you need help with your healthcare.  

With just a tap on the mobile app, you have instant access to

Follow these steps to download the free MyQHealth app: 

  • Open the Apple App Store on your iPhone or Google Play Store on your Android device.  
  • Search for MyQHealthCare Coordinators
  • Select the app and tap Install to begin downloading. 
  • Open the app and register your account.
