Want to speak with someone? Call Quantum Health at 855-497-1237 (TTY 711), Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET whenever you have a question related to your medical or prescription drug benefits.* All calls are answered by a Quantum Health Care Coordinator instead of an automated voice response system. Bilingual support is available for Korean and Spanish speakers.

*Members enrolled in Triple-S and GeoBlue should refer to their plan provisions for details about their benefits and contact those plans if they have questions. Similarly, because benefits provided by the Medicare Supplement Plan are coordinated between Medicare and Blue Cross Blue Shield, members enrolled in that plan should contact Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield with questions.
Contact Quantum Health for assistance if you are billed at the out-of-network rate for services received at a network ancillary provider, such as a lab, when the doctor ordering the service is in a different state. For example, this may occur if you visit an urgent care facility while traveling in another state and are given a lab work order for follow-up bloodwork that you have done once you return home.
When you register for the MyQHealth website, you can access benefits and claims information, search for network providers near you, print and save a copy of your medical ID card, and live chat with a Quantum Health Care Coordinator. You can also schedule a phone call with a Care Coordinator at a time that's convenient for you.
