Managing employees’ Annual Enrollment
How can I see if an employee completed their Annual Enrollment? 
Call the Board of Pensions at 800-PRESPLAN (800-773-7752) (TTY: 711), and a service representative can provide an employee’s Annual Enrollment status to you.
Will my employees receive a confirmation of their Annual Enrollment elections?
After employees complete their Annual Enrollment, they can confirm their elections in the following ways: 
- From the final page (Complete Your Enrollment) of their Annual Enrollment, print a summary of their elections.  
 - From their Benefits Connect homepage, click 
      Review in the blue banner under the Annual Enrollment event.  
 - In the 
      My Benefits tile on the homepage, click 
      View Benefits Selections. The next page, My Elections History, will default to display current coverage. Click 
      View Details on the Annual Enrollment tile, then click 
      Your Selections.  
 
Employees can make changes to their Annual Enrollment as many times as they need through Nov. 7.  
When and how can I see my employees’ 2026 elections?  
Beginning in early December, you can view your employees’ 2026 elections and prepare for Jan. 1, 2026, payroll.  
- From the blue menu on the left side of your employer dashboard, click 
      Plan Reporting.  
 - On the Standard Reports page, click 
      Benefit Extract.  
 - Select the following from the filter criteria: 
      
- Employer: Your PIN 
 - Eligibility set: All 
 - Employment statuses: Active 
 - Benefits: All 
 - As of date: 2026-01-01 
 
 - Click 
      Run Report.  
 - When the report opens, click the gray download icon (to the right of 
      Table) to download to Excel.  
 
Viewing Employer Agreement information 
How do I view my Employer Agreement? 
- Log in to Benefits Connect. Click the blue 
      Agreements button in the Employer Agreements tile on your employer dashboard.
 - Click the three dots, then click 
      View on the row for the 2026 Annual Renewal Employer Agreement.  
 - Review the Employer Agreement on this page or download a PDF of it from the top right corner of the page.  
 
How do I see which group my employee is in?  
 
   Individually by participant
- From the blue menu on the left side of your employer dashboard, click 
      Participant Search and enter search criteria to locate an individual employee. Click the 
      blue person icon to open the participant record.  
 - Once you’ve opened the participant record, click 
      Employment Information from the white participant menu on the left side of your screen.  
 - In the 
      Employment Details box, review the primary contract group, subgroup ID, and enrollment package. 
      
 
      Note: You will see what is current and future-dated in the Employment Details box. You will not see information dated 1/1/2026 if there are no group or package changes for the member effective 1/1/2026.
 
 
   All of your employees
- From the blue menu on the left side of your employer dashboard, click 
      Plan Reporting.
 - On the Standard Reports page, click 
      Employee Extract.
 - Select the following from the filter criteria: 
      
- Employer: Your PIN
 - Eligibility set: All
 - Employment statuses: Active
 - Benefits: All
 - As of date: 2026-01-01
 
 - Click 
      Run Report.
 - When the report opens, click the gray download icon (to the right of 
      Table) to download to Excel. Filter or sort the report by the 
      Benefit Subgroup ID column.
