Nine fast facts about MyQHealth and how it can enhance the healthcare experience

October 04, 2022
The MyQHealth website and mobile app allow members enrolled in the PPO, EPO, and HDHP medical options to connect with Quantum Health’s Care Coordinators quickly and easily — for a better way to experience healthcare.

Care navigation, offered in partnership with Quantum Health, brings added value to medical coverage* through the Board of Pensions by helping members and their covered families navigate today’s complicated healthcare system. Quantum Health’s Care Coordinators can help with anything to make the healthcare process easier, from answering questions about claims or bills to reordering ID cards and even serving as your advocate within the healthcare system.

With the MyQHealth website and mobile app, you can quickly and easily connect with your Care Coordinators as well as access tools and resources to help you get the most from your medical coverage.

Here are nine fast facts about MyQHealth:

  1. One-time registration is required for the website and mobile app. Go to myqhealthpcusa.org, click Register, and enter the information requested.
  2. Covered spouses and children ages 18 or older need to register separately and create their own profile.
  3. You have one place to go for both medical and prescription drug claims. Log on and click or tap My Plan > CLAIMS to access your 2022 claims. (For claims from 2021 or earlier, contact your Care Coordinator for assistance.)
  4. You can automatically view claims for covered children under age 18. Just go to My Plan > CLAIMS > Claims Details and choose their name from the drop-down menu under Member. If you cover any adult children or a spouse, they can give you access to their claims information by going to Profile Settings.
  5. You can find network providers quickly and easily. Log on and click or tap My Plan > CARE FINDER to find network providers and facilities.
  6. The Care Finder tool lets you compare costs. Search by provider name, specialty, facility name, ZIP code, or procedure to see cost and quality information.
  7. You can check the status of a precertification request. Go to My Plan > AUTHORIZATIONS to confirm that your provider has precertified your service, if necessary.
  8. Access your medical ID card with just a click or tap. From the homepage, click or tap Request ID card to download or print a medical ID card or request a card by mail. (If you need a prescription drug ID card, log on to express-scripts.com or contact your Care Coordinator.)
  9. You can connect with a Care Coordinator when it’s convenient for you. Use the live chat feature or click or tap Schedule a Call to request that a Care Coordinator call you at a date and time that fits your schedule.

Remember, when you have questions about your medical or prescription drug benefits, Quantum Health’s Care Coordinators are just a click, tap, or call away. Learn more about how your Care Coordinators can support you on your healthcare journey.

Need Call to Health points?

You can earn 50 Call to Health points when you register on the MyQHealth website and another 50 points when you download the MyQHealth mobile app. To receive your points, log on to the Call to Health website, join the challenges, and record the date you completed each activity. Call to Health ends November 11, 2022, so you need to act quickly to answer the call and qualify for reduced medical deductibles in 2023.

*Care navigation is available to employees and their family members with medical coverage through the Board of Pensions; it is not available to members enrolled in Triple-S, GeoBlue, or the Medicare Supplement Plan.
