Act now to elect 2023 benefits during annual enrollment

Annual enrollment, your opportunity to elect benefits or make changes to your coverage for 2023, is open now through Friday, November 11. During this time, be sure to log on to Benefits Connect where you can

• enroll for benefits;
• make changes to your current benefits elections;
• add eligible family members for coverage; and/or
• remove family members from coverage.

Even if you want to keep the coverage you have now, it’s important to complete annual enrollment every year since you may have new options available to you for 2023, or the costs for benefits you have now may change effective January 1. Annual enrollment is also a good time to review and update any beneficiary designations (beneficiary updates submitted through Benefits Connect during annual enrollment are effective immediately).

After annual enrollment ends, you may elect coverage or make changes only if you have a qualifying life event, such as getting married or adopting a child, so don’t wait. Act now to be sure you will have the benefits you want for 2023.
