As you complete Call to Health challenges and earn points, have you considered all that you can gain from the program? While it’s true you can qualify for reduced deductibles and receive gift cards by participating, Call to Health offers much more than that.
For many participants, Call to Health has been transformative. They’ve changed their eating habits, learned how to reduce their debt in order to save more money for retirement, let go of old resentments, and even discovered diseases before they had any symptoms. In the words of one participant, “When I began the Call to Health, my goal was to reduce my medical deductible. What I got out of the program was so much more.”
Their stories attest to how Call to Health has changed lives, in ways both big and small.
Call to Health encourages each of us to be whole, which is to thrive in all ways: spiritual, health, financial, and vocational. It reminds us that, whatever is going on in our lives, there are things we can do — some simple, others requiring more time and effort — to bring these key dimensions into balance. In doing so, we can become our best selves and bring our unique gifts to our families, our communities, and those we serve.
Whatever your reasons for answering the call, keep in mind that what often begins as a small step in one area can lead to exponential growth in another. After all, the road to wholeness is a journey, not a race.
